CARNAUBEX 442

CARNAUBEX 442 – is a brown water emulsion of carnauba wax further dilutable in water. It is characterized by low viscosity, has restructuring properties and water-repellent properties.

DIMETHICONE 100

DIMETHICONE 100 – PDMS with a viscosity of 100 cSt. Is a colorless fluid characterized by a very low surface tension. The product is characterized by good lubricating, slipping and antistatic power. DIMETHICONE 100 does not polymerize in air and always remains in the form of an oil-fluid.

OLIO DI SILICONE 350

OLIO DI SILICONE 350 – PDMS with a viscosity of 350 cSt. The product is characterized by high compressibility, low vapor pressure, low solidification temperature, resistance to low and high temperatures, low volatility, and extremely low toxicity. OLIO DI SILICONE 350 exhibits high thermal stability and can be used in a temperature range from -50°C to +220°C without altering its properties or physical characteristics. This product is ideal as a heat exchange fluid for temperature baths, an additive in cosmetic (creams, lotions, body care products) and pharmaceutical formulations, and a release agent for rubber and plastic products. Additionally, OLIO DI SILICONE 350 serves as a liquid dielectric for electrical and electronic equipment, hydraulic fluid, lubricant, universal release agent, and auxiliary substance in paints, ensuring reliability and efficiency across various industries.

ACTICIDE OF 2

ACTICIDE OF 2 is broad-spectrum wet state biocide specifically developed for products that are particularly susceptible to in-can surface fungal growth. Product has a very broad activity spectrum against the bacteria, moulds and yeasts that may cause infection and deterioration of water based products.

ACTICIDE OTA 20

ACTICIDE OTA 20 (An aqueous dispersion of AMME TM 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (OIT) )is a novel, water-based, AMME TM octylisothiazolinone biocide with excellent alkaline, UV and leach resistance. It has been specifically developed for the protection of surface coatings and similar products from surface fungal growth. ACTICIDE® OTA 20 incorporates novel THOR AMME TM technology to give significantly improved resistance of the actives to alkaline pH, UV, temperature and leaching, thus providing long term stability and efficacy.

Maflon Lineplus®

Maflon Lineplus® PTFE micropowders are finely divided white powders of PTFE resins. They are typically added in small quantities to other solid or liquid materials to improve their abrasion resistance and lubricity properties. They could be classified as a different product line if compared to standard PTFE moulding and extrusion resins, due to some differences. The main ones are lower molecular weights, smaller particle sizes (down to 2 μm) and different particle shapes. When added in small quantities, Lineplus® PTFE micropowders could impart to the hosting materials some of the most important properties of PTFE.

DYNAWEED 260E

DYNAWEED 260E is a water-based silicone emulsion that combines antifoam, leveling and deaeration properties, avoiding common problems that arise when using standard silicone defoamers, such as “fisheye” or lack of adhesion, during subsequent operations.

BRILAX

BRILAX – silicone-free defoamer used in paint production; in chemical auxiliaries; in water treatment systems, as well as in biological systems where silicone cannot be used.

CHEROX 731

CHEROX 731 – is a 100% active defoamer with deaeration properties, recommended both on the surface and inside the treated mass. It is used in the production of water-based paints.
It acts by distributing over the surface and breaking the surface tension created between the treated liquid and the air. The product generally continues its action even during the application of the paint, improving distribution and preventing the formation of holes.

CHEROX 99

CHEROX 99 – is a 100% active silicone-free antifoam/deaeration additive that gives very good results with any polymer base used for the production of paints and varnishes for architectural use.
It is effective at all stages of mixing/production and retains its effectiveness over a long period of time.
