Vinabond F519

Vinabond F519 is a specialty polymer additive engineered to optimize the performance of cementitious and anhydrite-based self-leveling compounds.

Advantages:

  • Enhanced Flow Characteristics – helps achieve a typical flow diameter of 250–300 mm (under standard formulation and test conditions, e.g., EN 12706 spread test) while maintaining anti-segregation stability
  • Superior Flexural Strength – delivers ≥8 MPa flexural strength (when properly formulated) for long-term crack resistance;
  • Reduced Shrinkage – contributes to drying shrinkage values <0.05% (based on optimized test formulations, ASTM C596);
  • Improved Adhesion – supports ≥1.0 MPa tensile bond strength to concrete and anhydrite-based substrates;
  • achieves self-smoothing with ≤1 mm surface deviation over 2 m (referenced from EN 13813-based criteria);
  • supports extended working time (30–40 minutes) depending on full formulation;
  • promotes excellent bubble release and surface leveling.
