Vinabond N515

Vinabond N515 - is a multi-functional polymeric binder engineered to optimize performance in structural repair mortars, thin-layer decorative renders, and tile adhesive systems.

Advantages:

  • Enhanced Mechanical Properties – improves flexural strength (≥8 MPa) and adhesion (≥1.5 MPa) in repair mortars (EN 1504-3 compliant);
  • Crack Bridging & Shrinkage Compensation – provides 0.3–0.5mm deformation capacity for thin-layer renders (<5mm thickness);
  • Tile Adhesive Performance – achieves EN 12004 C2TE/S1 classifications with >0.5N/mm² wet adhesion;
  • Workability & Durability – extends open time while ensuring freeze-thaw resistance (50+ cycles, ASTM C666).
