Leather repellents HEXAFOR®

HEXAFOR® fluoropolymers are specifically developed to provide water and oil repellence on various materials as fabric, leather, carpet and footwear. They create an easy to clean and anti-stain surface, without changing the original appearance. All of our C6 HEXAFOR® fluoropolymers are Perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) and Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) free.

Properties:

  • excellent water and oil repellence;
  • high washing resistance;
  • soil-release effect;
  • active stain repellence;
  • dry cleaning resistance;
  • compatible with different additives (as wetting agents, extenders, resins, etc);
  • abrasion resistance;
  • the original appearance of the treated materials does not change;
  • cannot break down into PFOA and PFOS;
  • PFOA content below the limit of detection.
